PROSPECTUS NOTICE AND ACCESS TERMS

Desert Minerals Limited (ACN 680 419 345) (Company) has lodged a prospectus (Prospectus) with

the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) in relation to the offering of:

(a) up to 25,000,000 Shares at a price of $0.20 per Share to raise up to $5,000,000 (before

costs), including a priority offer to Eligible LLI Shareholders of up to 5,000,000 Shares at an

issue price of $0.20 per Share to raise up to $1,000,000;

(b) 3,000,000 Lead Manager Options to the Lead Manager (or its nominees);

(c) 3,000,000 Broker Options to brokers who, in the opinion and at the discretion of the

Company, have assisted in procuring successful applications under the Public Offer (or their

nominees);

(d) 1,500,000 Board Options to the Board of the Company (or their respective nominees); and

(e) 1,000,000 Employee Options to employees and consultants of the Company (or their

respective nominees),

(together, the Offers).

A copy of the Prospectus is available on this website. Capitalised terms used, but not defined, have

the meaning ascribed to them in the Prospectus.
